Told you I'd be back. I've gotten some new awards.
My The Mentalist It's Not Over video had a good week. It got three new awards. From M&D Awards it got a Best Idea Runner Up and a Most Tearful Runner up. And from BtH Awards it got a Best Character award. Thanks so much to both award sites.
My True Blood Womanizer video got a Judge's Choice from SB Awards. Thanks SBA I'm flattered!

Well, 2010 is proving to be interesting. I started it minus one tooth and plus one big, huge, monster dog! (This might be a good time to say that I am NOT a dog person!) This dog was rescued from bad owners and had we not taken him in he'd have been killed. He's an 8 month old Akita/Lab mix and is 26 inches tall at the shoulder already and roughly 80-100 pounds! His name's Cocoa (which is funny because he's not brown - he's white with a black head). It's been QUITE an experience - last night he FINALLY slept through the night! He's destroyed his crate four times already! Finally talked to a dog trainer yesterday and got some good advice which seemed to work last night so that's good! Apparently he is suffering from separation anxiety every time he is left alone for the night because his old owner ignored him completely. So when it's bed time and he is crated and nobody is out with him - he thinks he is being abandoned. Poor thing. It all makes perfect sense now that the trainer explained it - it really helps to see things from Cocoa's pov. As soon as he's neutered he'll be taking obedience classes from this trainer (which thankfully aren't nearly as expensive as I thought they'd be!). Here's a picture of the big lug - who I occasionally call "Cujo" LOL He's actually very loving and sweet when he's not making mischief!
The other thing I have to say is I got five new awards. All are displayed below but I'll list them here:

From Forever Awards for my True Blood The Way You Love Me video I got an Honorable Mention.
From A Delicate Flower Awards for my Dirt Nothing Compares video I got a Best Angst and a Best AU Runner up.
and last but certainly not least, from Spuffy Awards for my True Blood Womanizer video I got a Best Beat Use.
Thank you to all of those award sites for my new pretties. I really love them!!

I've been meaning to update or two days but just haven't had the time! Thanks to the folks who have been signing my guest book lately - much appreciated! I've even got some new folks who have found me which I always think is great! I love hearing HOW they stumbled upon my vids.
I have had no time for new videos...soon! My latest ones can be found by reading my updates or by clicking the link up in the header "Latest Vids".
I've gotten some new awards - discovered them all on January 6th. Hmmm where to start...how about alphabetically!
From Damned in Darkness I got a Best Comedy for my Monster Mash Mania video. That video seems to do well. And for my Mentalist It's Not Over video, which I have only recently started entering at the award sites, I got a Best POV. This was the first time I have won any awards from this site so it felt good. Thank you so very much DiD!
Next from Myths & Demons Awards for my Death Note anime video Heroes' Dark Light, I got a Best Ensemble Runner up. I also have only started entering this video - not many places accept anime. Thanks M&D!
And from Wild Roses Awards for my True Blood Let's Go Crazy video I got a Best Ensemble Runner Up and a Best LOL Runner Up. Thanks a million WRA!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! I wish you all a wonderful and prosperous 2010! Thanks again to everyone who sent such lovely gifts!
Well, I had my 2nd oral surgeon visit yesterday - the one where they ripped my tooth out. LOL Sure, I can joke about it now but I was a complete basket case yesterday! They gave me valium to take an hour before my appt. but the valium wasn't enough to take the edge off (in fact it made me extremely overly emotional - how embarrassing!) so they also had to give me nitrous oxide and then finally they did an IV to knock me out. I must say the combo of the valium and the laughing gas really was quite pleasant LOL They even numbed my arm before putting the IV in which I thought was super nice of them because I didn't really care at that point being that I was in "happy land". The good news is they didn't have to do a bone graft - hooray! I go back in 3 months (I had no idea a pulled tooth took that long to fully heal) and we plan the next step (with most likely will be an implant). The oral surgeon even called last night to see how I was doing (I was passed out at the time LOL) which I thought was really nice of him. So I start 2010 with one less tooth! I'm so glad it's over it's been quite an ordeal for me.
So now that my tooth trauma is over I can return to life as it was LOL I know I've been a bit neglectful here and with keeping up with my vidding buds. I'll be visiting your sites today and tomorrow playing catch up :) Hopefully I haven't missed any rounds or any exciting news.
As for me I did make two new Mentalist slash vids for my slash pals. These vids are geared toward a very specific group of people - not that the vids would necessarily be hated by everyone else - I'm just saying they were made to cater to the desires of a very specific group of fans and others might not appreciate them LOL. One of them was made by request and is titled: Take it Easy on Me, I'm pleased to say that the requestor loves it - she was very specific with her request which was challenging but I do love a challenge! The other, which is called: Separate Ways is another video based on an upcoming fan fic and is a crossover. I hope my fellow Cho/Jane shippers will enjoy them!
Also, I just found out I got a new award from MFVA! For my Monster Mash Mania video I got a Most Unique. I love the design on the award - thanks so much MFVA! I appreciate it!
